One of the first steps in developing an intentional ministry by, with, and for older adults is to understand the issues and challenges of aging and know about the resources available to equip, empower, and engage older persons in ministry. ENCORE Ministry is a valuable resource for Tennessee-Western Kentucky (TWK) Conference churches. Since 2015, ENCORE Ministry has provided consultations, training, support, resources, and grant funding. This 30-minute webinar provides an overview of ENCORE Ministry, including the many matching grant opportunities available to TWK churches.
